Does anyone know of a free .ai to .jpg file converter?

I sure couldn't find one when I looked. I ended up downloading a trial of Illustrator and using that as a means to convert. The nice thing about trial versions is if you have vmware you can install it on an image, complete your task, and roll back your image. Then any time you need to do it again you can repeat the process without having it tell you that your trial has expired.
My Collection: Mame cab, 34 dedicated cabs, pin, skeeball, coin op air hockey table, and token machine (VAPS, pics at Arcade Crusade, updated 1/30/13 with Sprint 2, Centipede, and Bubbles)

Add Ambience to your mame cab setup
