Just so I know, do you prefer anyone buy your book from a particular source (e.g. overstock.com, amazon.com) Huh

Thanks, saint.  I'm on it.  I don't talk much on the boards, but I've lurked for years and I couldn't have had as nice a cab as I do without this site.  I appreciate all you have done for this community.

i bought the book and the cd was cracked now i have to wait to use the cd. THAT SUCKS! saint is there a link where i can look at the cd and download the stuff on it.
