Is this the first time you are installing my application? If so, did you install "UncleT's Jukebox Support Software" required for the application to run (see Step1 in link below)? http://unclet.arcadecontrols.com/Jukebox/download.htmlIf that is not the problem, then check whether you have Windows Media Player v9.0 (or higher) installed and that it is working when you try to play a song manually. |

Yep..... Installed that first ! I also know that WMP 11 is working just fine when I open a mp3 manually, as my default Mp3 player is winamp ! Still gives me the error....shall I remove the support software and re-install ? Ok...Just removed it, SO i will re-install and try again, if it doesn't work, I will let ya know... EDIT: Shouldn't I have some plug-ins ?? Or even an Config.ini file or something ??  It still did not work !! I am stumped !!! Thanks... Scott |

No plugins are required to make the software work. Are you using WinXP or Vista? Does the jukebox software load and come up at all? I mean does it start trying to load itself or perhaps it loads up into full screen but when you try to load a song it crashes?
Did you install the software on the C:\ drive or did you install it directly to the desktop?
Actually .... you should probably open a new post under the Audio/Jukebox forum so others can help out as well with some ideas rather than discussing this topic here in my "release thread"
