Hey guys, lurker and arcade enthusiast here.
I could use some advice on creating a CPO for my mameroom 2 player classic controller (7 button). My goal is to have my buttons grouped per stick/spinner/trackball and to have labels under/above each button (a,b,c,d,x,y,z).
Accuracy is an important factor when the CPO would be applied, and would like to know where the best place to start would be. I've been in contact with Scott from mameroom to see if I could get a full size template of the panel, which would make my life a lot easier. Also I have tried contacting the guys at mamemarquees (where I'm planning on getting it printed) for the same request.
Is there anyone out there with a template of this panel that is willing to share? Or is it time to get out the measuring tape?
Thanks,
foolhand

OK, so here is the bare full size template of mameroom's 2 player 7 button control pad, if anyone out there was in the same situation as me.
Thanks to the one who uploaded his full CPO, if you know who you are, give yourself a pat on the back from me.
Saved as jpg.

Well this is what I've been working on. It's all cut and paste, but it sure works good :D
I'm still on the fence about adding transparent button surrounds and more text.
Planning on getting it printed on non adhesive vinyl and sandwich it with a piece of plexi, so if I ever wanna change it up.
Tell me what you guys think.

I like the artwork....
new myself, so I don't have any worthwhile input on the panel itself.....but I like artwork :)

Well here's what I've been kicking around for a marquee.
I realize it doesn't really match my cpo, but there's only so much wolverine and ryu I can take. ;)
I'm still planning on keeping them changeable for future graphics.
Tell me what you guys think.

Well, here's what I've been throwing around lately. Another marquee, the name comes from my favorite arcade when I was a kid. Pictures not cleaned up much, but I usually do that in the end.
