Get a soldering iron kit from walmart for like $10, practice for about 30 seconds, and you'll be good to go. It's really easy if you aren't interested in wiring up beyond the trigger and auxiliary button. Plug it in, place hot point on where you need to solder and stick some solder at it, bingo, you made a connection. Seriously, it's not difficult and I'm sure you can google up some info and tips.

DO you think I need more then a button and aux? I would hate to run into a game that needs a grenade button and off screen reloading doesnt work for that game..For people who have it is it worth it? DO you need to mess with it alot?

I went through a bunch of games and ended up with about two dozen lightgun games that seemed fun through initial trial and that I had fond memories of. I found one mame game that used another button beyond the trigger and alternate. I played the game for five minutes and never figured out what it was for, can't recall the game's name. The only reason I knew it was there because it was in the input menu. But anyways, you don't really need anything beyond the auxiliary, unless you do as I did and map exit/start/select and such. I play Mame, PS1, and PC games and once in game the majority of the time it's just the trigger and once in a while you need the auxiliary for a grenade in a few games. But I suggest you look at the games you really want to play and see what you will need.
