Title: Mame 136u1 not saving control config

Since updating to the newest version of mameui32 my controls I had pre programmed are all default. when I change them to how I like them and exit the game nothing has been saved. All my directories are correct. anyone else have this problem?

Known issue in baseline.  Fixed for 0.136u2.

Between one and four weeks after u1 came out.  About two weeks seems to be fairly normal in recent times.

so maybe i should just go back to 135u4 until then. so I can still play killer instinct on my cab.

136u2 was released on the 28th.
