Title: K7000 bottom line problem
Post by: Cisek on January 21, 2010, 06:56:33 pm
Hi
I almost fully repaired my monitor. My problem is there that the bottom of image is squezzed. Already tried adjusting 50/60 hz pot adjustments and it didn't improve, shortening the image with v-size pot also didn't help.

You have a vertical linearity problem there. Likely to be one of the electrolithic caps near the Vertical Out IC or in the Power Supply. Replace all of them if you are not sure which one is bad. Get a cap kit somewhere for that model.

I was going to suggest adjusting the 50-60 pot, but if you already tried that, then yes, a cap kit is the next step.

I made a capkit, however it didn't help me with this.
