Anyone bought one of these yet? If so how do you like it? If not sure what I'm talking about it is an all in one cart for Atari 2600. For only $50.

That's pretty neat! I'm seriously considering adding one of these to my "tax return shopping list." Of course this means that I'll have to buy an Atari 2600 too... :P I should have never let my sister have it.
-
LOL and it's a desent price for it. I saw a few videos on youtube of it and it works.
-
I bought it ;D

Wait? WTF? How come every time I stop going to AA, they come up with some really cool ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---? Just found out about the Atari IC repros from the actual production data files and now this???? A 2600 cart that supports an SD card? I gotta get one.

:applaud:

I just don't get why AA makes it so hard to find their store. I can't find a link to it anywhere.
-
email him at c9r@hotmail.com
in subject put "harmony cart"
then just say I want one. He will send email back asking for full name and which version you want etc. Then when you email him back he will send a invoice to pay for it.
-
I've been watching that thread for a while. I'm considering one.
-
How much are they going for? I took a quick look but didn't see a price.
-
Thats a great price for it. I mean come on EVERY 2600 game plus homebrews on one cart that works on the Atari 2600 itself for $53.99 (thats with shipping)! I have my SD cart loaded up waiting on it to get to me and I have 2687 roms on it LOL. Thats insane. That will be great when a friend comes over and says "ah you got a atari. Whats games you have?" Then you can smile and say "Hmmmmm all of them!"
-
I mean you can get on eBay and get a good working Atari 2600 with all cables and joysticks for around $40 or $50 then get this cart for $54. Then you have a Atari 2600 with a full collections for $100. All the rare games etc. Thats what I'm screaming! :applaud:

That is a fantastic plan. Now, if they only made one that was 7800 compatible...
-
It works on 7800.
-
It works on 7800.
Right, but does it work for 7800 games? I think that is what he was talking about.

Yeah, that's what I was aiming for; the sentence was oddly worded.
I saw a cart called the Cuttle Cart II that was compatible w/ 7800 games, but it appears to have gone out of production.
-
NO. It only works for 2600 games only but they will play on 7800
-
Yeah I heard of the Cuttle Cart II but they don't make it anymore
-
It's just as well, all of these repro flash carts are gonna cost me a fortune once I'm done buying all of them. Let's not even get into the systems I'll have to re-buy because of them... :lol

I just don't get why AA makes it so hard to find their store. I can't find a link to it anywhere.
Yeah, I was just looking for that myself. What happened to the store? Anyone know if it's still there and just buried under bad links or did they just outright close it?
I saw it mentioned a few times, but it's like the mystery on how to join the KLOV forums. A PITA.
-
To get into KLOV you just join that cancer forum and then back into KLOV. At least that's how I did it...
Yeah, I can't fathom how I joined KLOV forums. But I do remember that it was completely unrelated to anything remotely resembling KLOV.
-
I think I had to join the International Arcade Museum site to get into KLOV.

Found a link into the store from the Adventure II (http://www.atariage.com/software_page.html?SoftwareLabelID=2759) page. They definitely took it down. (http://www.atariage.com/store/index.php)
WTF? How are they selling the AA-only carts?
-
I had to do it thought email

Got it in today. Works great. Put all the roms on sd card and thats it. It's hard to read menu screen is only problem I have with it. I'm told once I switch the black and white switch its alot better. But I have a 7800.
-
Got mine in a few days ago, works pretty friggin great, super happy with it. Now if they could come up with a 7800, a colecovision and an Intellivision version for the same price, I'd be even happier ;).
