Caro Emerald - A Night Like This - Official video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74LXx0wSqMI#ws)

Used in a Martini commercial here.

I've been laughed at for my music taste here, but I don't give a ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---. I like this.

Funky. I like it!

I'm not sure if I do. It seems like something that'll grow on me though.

Not sure, but the music seems to have a James Bondish kind of vibe to it. Seems like it would fit in well in one of the classic Bond movies.

For true.

I do like it, pretty catchy, though I don't see myself singing it in the shower.

Not bad and funny video. She could take some bass lessons from Mark King though ;)

Anyway, MORE CARO I SAY:

I can't decide wether I like this one more, or the second version. The first definitly has the better sound quality (good singing mike) but the second has the horn section which can't be missed. Anyway, they're brilliant live IMHO:

Nice one !

Wahooo, just bought two tickets for a gig by Caro in April !

still a pretty long wait....but there are not that many gigs on the list and I couldn't make it any earlier in my area.

This is going to be fun at a very small (300 people max.) venue......that is unless they decide to move it to a bigger one if A Night Like This keeps moving up the charts like it does now......

New clip for her first hit here. They already did an earlier (more low-budget) clip but I guess they needed this for an international breakthrough....

I like it:

I like Caro Emerald, but it's not music I'd go out and buy. But it didn't make me want to "change the channel" either, I enjoyed it.

Lately I've been listening to Pomplamoose
Doesn't Pomplamoose mean grapefruit in french? :D
Awesome video, I like how it showed everyone playing the parts in sequence. That woman's voice is awesome! Soft and classic sounding.
Good find!
