Digging in out my old 2600 last night (nothing like to old wood box) I forgot I have a trackball for it. Is there a way to plug Atari 2600 trackball in pc so I can use it on mame games?

Something like this would work.

This is a much better solution. Joe Grand did an amazing job with this device. I have two, and the were well worth it.

I agree, the stelladaptors are great; I can hook my joysticks and paddles and it's like going back in time.

Howzabout the USB adapters from RetroZone? I don't have any of their USB adapter products, but I do have 1 of their NES PowerPak carts & it's awesome.

If you have a serial port, you could try just connecting it to that.
I can't find a link now, but a few years ago, I saw that a guy had made a paddle controller using a serial mouse, without rewiring anything. Might work in reverse as well.
By the way, I can personally attest that a Sega Genesis/SMS controller works perfectly on a 2600. 8)

I was looking around on the atariage website and it looks like there may be a possibility to get some of these adapters. Here is the email address for the guy that seems to be running things. You could ask if they have any more of them.
