Title: marquee background

how do you guys create such cool backgrounds?  im using photoshop...dont have anything else.  i dont want anything too crazy, just maybe like some streaks coming from the center...like on powerpoint when you have streaks stemming from the center words.  it want to look like an explosion of sorts of red and yellow :)  how do you do this?

Go to Deviantart.com (i think thats the site) and go to browse and select wallpaper 3-dimensional and look around I guarantee you'll find what you are looking for.
