Title: Anyone know the origin of this background?

I know it's common and used by alot of folks. I used to have a high res version of it on my pc but can't find it anymore.  

I'm just looking for the background portion, does anyone have any idea where to find this?

Man, I guessed the art from the thread title alone. It's SOOOOO overused.
