Title: how do i get in the service menu? philips tv

hi,

i got some bad overscan with my tv (rgb-vga connection)
tried to solve it with powerstrip and with ati catalyst. It only moves the picture... if i move it to far the whole screen go's blurry.

so iam now trying to acces the service-menu, but i dont know how :(

i got a philips tv 25pt530A/00

i have been busy with it and its driving me nutts...

accessing service menus is not intended for the general public.
on many brands , data CAN be critical . misadjustment may cause damage to set and/or render it inoperative.
with that said , i might have /obtain a service manual.
the model number provided does NOT come up on the data base .

please verify the model number . providing the chassis number would also be helpful  ;)

when identified ur chassis type u may check this website. sorry , its ger only but may be of some help.
