I am lookin to purchase a touch screen for a jukebox
Im lookin to do something like Knievels Metal Station. I would like the Monitor to sit nice and flush with the frame so that it looks like it was meant to be in there. Does this mean i would have to remove the bezel from monitor to get a perfect fit?
Also would either of these be good choices for a touch screen monitor?

If you do a lot of reading on this forum your second link is what people are saying would be a good monitor.
That guy has been selling them for some time and people around here have bought a lot of them.

And that particular one is a good example of ones that have the touchscreen overlay attached to the bezel .... not the monitor screen itself.
I actually have one of those for a project and was going to picture document how the overlay attaches to the bezel and all that when I get ready to install it in my application.
In my case I will be using the bezel, but just to give people a visual idea of what to look for if they do not want to use the plastic bezel.

Can you tell if this one is attached?

or this one?

Does it worry you guys that the left inch of this one is nonresponsive? Is it just a calibration thing?

Most ARE attached to the monitor itself and not the bezel. As for the two you have listed, I would say the first one if definately attached to the monitor and not the bezel. The second one, i'm not too sure but would say it was atached to the monitor as well.
But I could be wrong! ???
