I have problem with connecting my tv to my computer.
There are now connected with a vga-scart from wolfsoft.
The problem is that windows doesn't show that well, all sides are missing.
for instance i can't see the windows start
is there someting i can do?

That's called overscan. You need to adjust the display to reduce the amount of overscan being applied. When you use the TV out on a video card, there are typically options for setting this up. When outputting via the VGA I'm not sure what the most popular software to use is. I used a software called "Power <something>" when I was setting this up way back when...I just can't remember what that <something> is anymore.
EUREKA!!! It was called PowerStrip. Here's a link:

got the overscan solved.
but now i got a blackscreen, omg :)
i had the latest catalyst driver installed, but because soft15 needs catalyst driver 6.5 i changed it.
so now i'm screwed and need to reinstall windows.

Uninstall the drivers and go again. You shouldn't need to reinstall windows because of this. If something stays after uninstall, try safe mode.
