Title: Installing rowe preamp board-60792702

I have a rowe cd-100 and want the audio from my tv to play through the juke. I have a pre-amp accessory board, but haven't installed one before. I have the audio wire and the rca barrels to solder on , but not quite sure which inputs they go to.Also there is a 5 pin molex,11 pin molex, and another 5 molex that is keyed to a 4 pin molex. Never hooked one up before so I appreciate any advice I can get on installing this board . Thanks !!!!!!!!!!
