Hi.
Maybe I can buy one of these used.
1 - Is it a good choice for a multi freq. monitor?
2 - It automatically switches frequencies?
3 - Is the switch between frequencies (for example between 31 and 15KHz) good?
4 - When it switches freq. (for ex. between a 31KHz 640x480 and a 15KHz 320x240) will the image be positioned ok, or have I to adjust pots every time?
Thanks in advance.

the polostar are auto switching but like all analogue tri syncs you will need to make a few minor adjustments, they are a good tri sync monitor
i know a few 25" polostar are still avilable new from hantarex and brent electronic

Thanks for your answer.
but like all analogue tri syncs you will need to make a few minor adjustments
If I set centered and stretched video modelines (with custom soft-15KHz modelines), can I resolve this "issue"?

the adjustments i refer to take seconds to perform on the remote board,if the monitor is running at the same frequency for all your games then this will not be required

My use will be:
1 - 640x480 31KHz mode for the front end and psx emulator
2 - Low 15KHz res (line 320x240) for mame and other old console emulators
The problem is: when I switch between 640x480 31KHz to low 15KHz resolutions (and viceversa), have I to regulate pots, or I can resolve creating a centered 640x480 modeline?
Thanks

I do not know the answer to this as I have not done what you are attempting to do
