I never gave a 'formal introduction' so I figure I'd introduce myself here.
I'm an artist (mostly conceptual and technical illustration), and love to create stuff. Any stuff. But I most enjoy technical sorts of stuff. Which is probably why I am here.
I work in the vinyl graphics industry... one of the 'perks' is being able to design and print custom graphics...

My sons pinewood derby entry last year. We both came up with the design. I did the rough cuts, and he did all the sanding/filing, paint, decals, etc

Each year we make his halloween costume.
Last years was an astronaut created with a tyvek painter suit, lots of white tape, a smoke detector, some extension cord, cardboard and decals.

This year he took it a step further. The video was our initial test, and I had his shoulders centered within the body instead of his head, so the 'dome' is off in this video. We're planning on making another short vid of it.
