I am very new to all of this and could use some help. I have started my first CP build and ordered 2 Happ Ultimate sticks (sounds like that was my first mistake...should have gone with the supers or another option). Anyways, I have assembled the sticks and in both cases, the amount of movement allowed is not enough to activate the microswitches. I have checked and double checked to make sure the sticks are complete (no missing pieces or pieces out of place) and that the assembly is correct. It is as though the amount of tension created by the internal spring when I lock the actuator in place with the e-ring is so great that the movement of the shaft is being restricted. Has anyone else had such a problem? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Just in case anyone else out there has this same problem, I have been dealing directly with the tech reps at Happ (who have been great I must say) and together we have figured out what the problem is. With some ultimates, after you lock the shaft, actuator and washer in place with the e-ring, there can sometimes be too much compression of the internal spring causing a restriction in the amount of movement then allowed in the shaft. The simple and effective solution turned out to be simply don't use the zinc washer. If you lock everything else in place correctly but don't include the washer, it will work perfectly.
