Title: Need help with jukebox project and lighting

I'm currently building a jukebox/quiz machine as a Christmas present to myself but I need a bit of help with the lighting/electronics side of it. Sorry to dupe post here but it's more likely to be picked up here. Please read my last post here regarding the neons:
