Title: Combining iso parts
Post by: RTSDaddy2 on November 28, 2009, 01:30:42 pm
I need a program like Magic ISO, or Power ISO, that will put an ISOs file parts back together, but it would help tremendously if its a freeware program.  The file when put back together will be 4.5 to 5 gig.  Know of any freeware programs to do that? Thanks ahead of time!

Are you sure it's ISO split in to different parts and not a multipart rar or zip? What is the file extensions you're dealing with?

www.filext.com (http://www.filext.com) can be an invaluable resource for such issues.

If it IS a multipart ISO, you could mount it, then use another program to make an ISO from it.

I meant to come back and post this reply the same night I realized what a goober I am. The damned post INCLUDED what program to use to put the ISO back together. I downloaded it, used it, and solved my problem.

It really was a seperated .iso though, to answer a previous question. The guy had posted use HJSplit to combine, which worked perfectly.
