someone locally has a cyber sled arcade cabinet for sale that has 2 monitors and two car like chairs and it had me thinking about a dual race cabinet. through searching, I see mame does support multiple monitors for games that use them..
Unfortunantly I havent found a list of games this applies to and its not a search option in RomLister.
Anyone point me in the right direction?

The windows version of the official version of mame, MameUI, has a filter for 'number of screens'. Here's the list of ones that use two screens:
(A lot of these were just playchoice10 or Mega-Tech, where one screen is taken up by the game select screen and not much else. I skipped over them, since you can just find them by filtering by name for playchoice-10 or Mega-Tech.)
These are as-of Mame .134u2:
Arm Wrestling
Backfire!
Cyberball
Hang Pilot
Hard Dunk
Jackpot Cards / Jackpot Pool
Jong Tou Ki
Keyboardmania
Keyboardmania 2nd Mix
Keyboardmania 3rd Mix
Lode Runner - The Dig Fight
Mahjong Hot Gimmick
OutRunners
Punch-Out!
Quiz de Idol! Hot Debut (Japan)
Rock'n MegaSession (Japan)
Silent Scope
Silent Scope 2
Stadium Cross
Subs
Super Punch-Out!
Taisen Hot Gimmick (Japan) (and a bunch of other Japanese games that start with Taisen)
Tecmo Bowl
Teraburst
Title Fight
Tokimeki Mahjong Paradise
Touch & Go
Virtual Combat
The 'Vs.' Series of games (Vs. BaseBall, Vs. Ice Climber, etc)
Warrior Blade - Rastan Saga Episode III (Japan)
World Rally 2: Twin Racing
X-men (6 Players version)
You'll need to go through them to see which actually use two screens, and which just display the same thing to two screens for two players.
I believe if you have multiple monitors hooked to one computer, you can set mame to output the second screen on the second monitor (be it computer monitor, tv, or arcade monitor), but I have no idea how the Cybersled stuff is wired up.
Unfortunately, for what you're looking for, like race games where multiple linked arcade machines work together...I don't think Mame has that supported yet. See this thread (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=98015.0) for details.

ah good point. I guess most all of the racing games are networked like that. I forgot that crusin usa and others were more or less seperate systems put together
