Long time ago I was searching for a way to get rumble for Project 64 and gave up. Today I decided to search again and found that driver. You need the official Microsoft drivers installed first then install the rumble drivers. Right click the .inf then install, its that simple.
Project64 1.7 + Nrage Dinput8 v2 2.1 rc3
Setup nrage for rumble and raw data.
