Title: My Steering Wheel Optic board....

I picked up 2 360 steering wheels and the optic board on them are pretty plain. I wanted to verify what I think is what before I hook it up and end up frying the board.

My only question is:

from left to right would this hook up as...

X1 +5v GND X2

As usual, any help would be appreciated.

I have that SAME optic board at home. I haven't tried a mouse hack with it yet, does it work right with a mouse hack or not? My optic board is from a Tac/Scan.

Mine never came with a knob, so here's a picture of the shaft:

I'm guessing that there might be a hollow pin that goes through the spinner knob and through the hole in the shaft, similar to the one seen in the following picture from the 720 joystick manual:

If your spinner has been used, there's a good chance that the hollow tube is full of sweat/dirt/grease so youll probably need to give it a good scouring to find where the the hollow pin is.

Note: I'm guessing about the hollow pin, I could totally be wrong, although there is one such hollow pin elsewhere on the Sega spinner.
