GIF Construction Set Professional
Has a "please register..." message at open & close, but it works great!
I use it all the time.

I'll back up that reccomendation. GCS Pro is great.

All of Alchemy Mindwork's products work well. Some are more useful than other's but everyone I have tried does what it is supposed to.
