Title: Always Fun to Watch - 560 episodes of Computer Chronicles online
Post by: struisje on November 17, 2009, 05:23:22 am
Hosted by Stewart Cheifet, Computer Chronicles was the world's most popular television program on personal technology during the height of the personal computer revolution. It was broadcast for twenty years from 1983 - 2002. The program was seen on more than 300 television stations in the United States and in over 100 countries worldwide, with translations into French, Spanish, Chinese, and Arabic. The series had a weekly television broadcast audience of over two million viewers.

It's fun to watch some of the old episodes reviewing the commodore 64 or nintendo entertainment system  :D

Yeah I watch a few eps every week. I keep coming back to the ones on the C64 and Amiga tho. One of the eps that pops out in my mind was about storage, with "experts" claiming that optical media will never catch on and that we will never see solid state drives that can compete with HDDs. Also thought it was funny that the expert said that people would stick with the 5 1/4 inch floppies and that the 3.5 inch ones were only a fad...
