Title: Joust Rom Load Issue

So when I load the rom Joust I'm getting "FACTORY SETTING RESTORED" and a black screen, I can't seem to get the game to work past this screen, any suggestions?  I've got almost every other rom up and working, but stuck on this one in particular.
