RGB to Video converter to convert signal from JAMMA wiring harness to either RCA or S-Video outputs. Allows you to hook any JAMMA cabinet, wiring harness, etc. to any TV or monitor that accepts either RCA or S-Video input. Works perfectly. Not to rain on your parade or anything, but be aware that arcademvs.com sells this exact board for $24 + $12 shipping to USA.  It is also sold elsewhere (only thing changed is the writing on the board) for prices ranging from $25-$55.

Thanks for the info! I've been out of the loop for a number of years so I wasn't aware that these are as readily available now. I'll definitely update the price to reflect this...
