Title: Do anyone here remember this CLIP/Movie ? (Need Help)

I saw this clip about a Young Boy Figure Going to Arcades, then years go by that same place had turn into a MALL. The song is" Forever Young".

I thought Cinema Arcade had it, I just look at the 1984 clip and it's not the one. This paritcular one I did not see in Cinema Arcade.

Anyone remember this and know where to Download the clip from ? I think it's the same sight as the "MAME JUMP" if you remember this one.
