Title: Looking for Painting Plans/Stencils
Post by: jakl14 on July 18, 2003, 07:41:59 pm
I was wondering if any of you know where I could find plans/stencils of particular cabinet art.  I have already found plenty pictures of cabinets for games that I want, but Im wanting to paint my cocktail arcade with the art of an old cabinet.  A stencil would definitely be the easiest way to do this, especially if there are some out there, but I have a feeling it would be too big for me to print out.  I know I can just print out pictures and attempt to freehand it, but that method would be a little dodgy, and may not turn out as well as I would hope.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I haven't seen "Free" stencils... but there are stencil kits you can order from arcade restoration places.

But even then, they sell you a peel and stick on "mask" that's really only good for one cabinet ... (if that makes any sense)

Would be nice if someone offered up printout-a-ble stencils though.  I kinda like the defender side art/etc...

*Shrug*
