Hi all!
Alright, I got my arcadeVGA in, I'm super-excited, can't wait to hit shift and bypass all the video wrappers and run arcadeOS and then...
Crap.
About 7/8 down the screen is a 3/4 inch area that is all slurred. I've loaded arcadeOS with incabinet=0 and =1, and it's still there. I think I'm going to have to give up on arcadeOS, but then there is another problem.
Playing DD3 on my WG was great, there were no flaws, but now that I'm trying to run dos, I get these grayish horizontal lines rolling up the screen. I'm pretty sure its a refresh situation, but I don't really know how to classify it and I surely don't know how to fix it. I thought getting an arcadeVGA would help, but it's only made it worse.
Please help, I really want to get this thing up and running before the next game party, but I don't know how!

I had something similar with my 7100 WG monitor. I am not sure this is your problem, but...
There is a pot on the main part of the chassis that adjusts the refresh rate between 50 and 60 hz. Give it a turn oh-so-carefully to the left and your slurring problems should be a thing of the past (it worked wonders for most of my Midway games).
Looking into the back of the cab, the pot should be located on the main part of the chassis near the front (from your perspective) and off to the left. If you are lucky, your WG monitor chassis should have a diagram located under the chassis pan that will show you exactly where the pot is.
I am 85% sure this is the solution you are looking for, as it cured my problem and made an unhappy ArcadeVGA user a very happy one.
Have a great party.

Thanks for the help, I'll try it out tonight. Yeah, it kinda didn't get to see the party, but that was mostly due to the fact that sasquatch (clay) wasn't there to help us bring it downstairs. We had a great party, though. I just used my dreamcast to play all the old school games.
Thanks!
