I would have to check for certain once I get back home but I think that yes they are.. I have the remote for one of the units but not the other. Just remembered that little bit of info and thought I'd share. I never used the remote when I was messing with them though. Didn't really need it. They have signal detection function so when your pc turns on so does the monitor. Very nice feature if you are looking for an easy MAME solution.

15KHZ. However, as I've mentioned here before, both about my own and others posted here, this model can do 'high-refresh native modes'. And either people keep forgetting this, or they aren't paying attention.
Why I'm not using mine for this in a general sense is because the brightness isn't what I'd prefer and I'm not going to bother replacing caps; and I need it more for a special project that involves Daphne and Star Wars.
