Title: Jumping into the realm of Cabinets.

So after doing some intensive research, and some talking to the wife.
I decided to make the plunge and go for a Candy Cab restoration.

Just some quick questions to those of you who have the answers.

1. Whats a reasonable price for a Astro City Candy Cab Shell?

2. whats a reasonable price for a Candy Cab fully working?


Just some thoughts I've been pondering, to see if this plan is even feasible.

Leaning more towards 1, due to the fact that. If I were to put my own parts in there, I know that they were new in their lives.
Also the fact of having a restoration project would be really fun.

Candy cabs are usually pretty pricey, if you can even find one near you.  You're probably looking at $600 minimum.

I've never seen just a shell available...
