Title: LED-Wiz+GP™ 16 Output + 16 Input

Being new, I wanto to check to be sure I understand the LED-Wiz+GP™ 16 Output + 16 Input (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=76_81&products_id=306) product.

I am going to be using 2 UlraStick 360's in my CP which will handle most of the buttons I will using, so will this device handle the rest of the buttons I want?  I won't be using 16 additional ones, and if I am reading this right it might be a good solution instead of the I-Pac since it will handle the number of buttons I need and also some additional LED functions.  Am I wrong about what it does?
