Title: FS: Non-working Neotec-2702a 27" Monitor. [LI/NY]

Hey guys.
Got a Neotec 2702 27" monitor.

About the monitor:
Screen has slight chips. A previous owner must have rested it face down on concrete or something.. i tried to get a close up shot of it... when its on and running you can't tell though..

Its currently not working.

Thought it was the flyback so there is a BRAND NEW flyback installed (worth the price alone)
but i believe its the HOS.
or maybe the flyback was just installed wrong...
Anyways its not getting power now

gave up on it and just used a TV for my MAME Cab (i know i know)

Anyways im moving and wanna get rid of it.

if you get it working can be a great TEMP or Testing monitor.
Looked great when it was up and running
