This is pretty funny.
It's also the first time I have tried to embed a you tube video, so bear with me..

Since he used what appears to be a kids jump rope for numchucks, id say it's an act, but I know some guys who act like this for real, but I grew up in red neck country.

Honestly, he sort of reminds me of Napoleon Dynamite.

This has been around for some years. Maybe someone posted it here a while back. It's sorta funny. Not anywhere near as funny as the 'Rasta Claus' on Friday's.

This guy was put on another show,  I think it was Jerry Springer... after
Jerry saw the youtube vids.   

 Some comments on youtube indicate that some locals know him, and
have seen him near where they live... and are scared / freaked out by the
guy.
