Title: CP wiring help

Hey all,

I've finally reached the point of wiring my control panel up and i realized how clueless i was when it comes to electricity.  I've got 20 gauge wire and the .187 female disconnects, but what do i use to connect the wires to the buttons.  I'm using happs buttons with the cherry microswitch and the hagstrom 72 encoder.  Does any one have a link to a good wiring tutorial/walk through?

one more question...do the buttons power off the encoder or do i need to get a +5 volt power supply.  How do i ground this thing.

I know there are a lot of questions, but im hopelessly lost.
