Title: How to get past newbie without junking the site up.

Just got here. Only came because I am looking to find use for my Sony PVM2530, which apparently some console folks really like. Can't list on B/S/T until my newbie status is past.
Any advice on how to get those minimum posts without post junk on your forum?
