Looking to get MameWah up and running on my MAME Arcade cabinet again.
If i recall the System Files need to be installed via command line, and I have no memory on how I did it the first time. I think I had to email minwah.
Anyway, hoping someone on here can give me a quick walk through on what to do.
What I know so far is to download the file titled system.zip to my desktop, and well...thats about all i know.
Thanks in advance!!!

I thought it had an install.bat or setup.bat or something. Just run that from windows.
-
When you say run that from windows do you mean double click on it?
-
Yeah
-
Setup is an MS DOS batch file. So dont think it's windows???
-
Double-click it. It works.
-
it worked, thanks !!!
(not sure why it didn't the other day).

I'm not going to say "I told you so," but.....
-
hehe, it's warranted!
One more questions for ya.
Which version of Mame is best with Mamewah?
Looks like mame0134s.exe is the one I want, but not sure?
I'm @ the http://mamedev.org/release.html website.
Thanks again!

Any of them work fine with Mamewah, the question is:
Which version of MAME is best suited for your PC and do you have the matching romsets?
-
Got it!
Thanks a bunch!
