I have a matsushita tm202g mounted vertically in a millipede cabinet. After warm up (2-5 minutes) the picture begins to warp from top to bottom and then rolls in the same direction. No adjustments help the problem. I have replaced every cap on the chassis along with the IC. Even after the warping the game plays in the blind. I was told I have a sync problem but don't know how to fix or adjust that issue. Any help or ideas will be appreciated!

Talked to an arcade tech that was familiar with this monitor and its problems. He said the cap at C805 was factory at 33mF@160v and over time it caused sync problems and if changed to 33mF@250v the problem would be corrected. That cap was changed when I recapped the chassis but was a 160v cap. I changed it to 33mF@250v and the sync problem was gone. After adjustments for color, focus and position it's better than a new monitor. After some cosmetic work another game will be saved from the junk pile.
