I have a Nanao MS29-32 chassis from a Sega cab that I have broken by accident while restoring. Part D11 which looks like a transistor attached to a heat sink. Strange it would be labeled as a 'D' for diode.. No identifiable numbers of signifigance on this part. The strange thing is the center prong has been pre-cut from the factory leaving it to only have 2 prongs on it. It is the only component to have 2 prongs on the heat sink. Schematic is impossible to find for this model, if anyone has one or whereabouts, you will be a life saver! I can take a pic if needed.
Thanks!

Are you sure on the model number.
Eizo Nanao original numbering system was MS### SU
- the SU I believe meant made/designed for Sega USA
- MS Multi Scan
the # after MS ,,, for example MS9 was just sequential in the series as MS9 followed MS8
- 29 is the CRT size, a little misleading as it means the measurement diagonally to the outside edge of the glass, where as North American trade laws forced most companies to indicate the diagonal dimension of the actual li Phosphor.
The MS929 SU was really a 27inch viewable= 27V.
Hope this helps, If I am wrong, sorry but the right model number is critical.

Hey guys,
Finally figured out what this is (ive been looking on and off for a few months actually, today i put my foot down)
Sanyo DD54RC - DIODE STANDARD RECOVERY RECTIFIER 1500V 5A 3TO-220FI(LS)-SB
I searched the text printed on the part, which is sparse, probably 100 times until I finally got the right combo to get a datasheet result.
It looked like:
D D 5 4
RC 7L3
Thanks!

Interesting..... same damper diode used in the Wells Gardner 7400/7500/7600/U3000 series monitors.
Have also seen a FMPG2FS diode in it's place. Have not found a cross reference for either of those yet. (such as NTE)
Wells Gardner part number would be 066X0150-001.

Awesome, thanks for the tip, yea.. this thing is pretty hard to find so far, no references either. Looks like it has not been made in quite some time. Have found 1 place with it in stock at $20 bucks a pop. :-\ Checking the local electronics junk store tomorrow, maybe I'll get lucky.
LG/Zenith Part No. 0DD430000BA
Sanyo Part No(s). DD54RC, D702
