I just ordered a pile of Sidewinder Dual Strikes... I was wondering at MOST how many analog joysticks are required? What are the games that max it out?
I can think of some games that might require 2 analog joystick ports:
2 analog inputs
---------------------
Warlords, Tournament Table - 4 players each with paddles
World Series - 2 players with baseball bat-like joysticks
Terminator 2 - 2 players with positional guns
(Etc. on the other 2 player gun games)
(Etc. on the other 2 player games that use baseball bats)
3 analog inputs
---------------------
Beast busters - 3 players with positional guns
Revolution X - 3 players with positional guns
Lucky and Wild - 2 guns + a steering wheel
Is there anything important that I'm missing? Any vital 3 or 4 player games? At this point I would probably draw the line at 2 analog devices (thus 2 Sidewinders)... Thanks!

How many did you order and did you buy extra? get a good deal? I am probably going to need to buy 2 or 3 more soon.
Starwars is one more.
Pure flight stick... (Plus another for a throttle)
I was hoping that the company who is making usb interfaces would come up with a basic board design before I got that far. They have one version that has 3 axis and handles any range of pots... The chip costs are low... lets see if they can put it on a small board fora reasonable price....
I'm also looking at that for a full scan, non-monitor dependent light gun solution.... But thats for another month...

I got 5 of them from Hegemonypower@yahoo.com for $10.25 apiece plus a whopping $18.25 for shipping... Seemed like a fair price.
I lost an ebay auction for 1 joystick with the guy and made an offer for a bunch of them... I don't know if he would do it again for you, but I don't see why he wouldn't if he has plently left...
