Title: How long should I expect to wait for an email response from Mameroom?
Post by: Charlie97L on September 12, 2009, 07:58:28 pm
I had a few quick questions about the bartop kits at Mameroom.com which I submitted via email.

Should I call on Monday if I haven't received a reply?

Are they good about email communication?

Thanks!

Charlie

It’s just one guy doing everything. It seems to take him a few days to replay to any email you send him. His answer will be short when he does reply.

Let me guess, you emailed friday night and don't believe MameRoom deserves weekends off, right?

no, actually i emailed on Wednesday.

thanks for the nice reply though.  i would like to confirm that i am an actual adult, that respects other adults, and would appreciate the favor being returned.  i was under the impression that is the way things worked on this board.

i was unaware when i emailed him that mameroom was a one man show.  given that, his lack of response is totally understandable, and fine.  i am new to the hobby, and not on any firm timeline.  i know nothing about any of these vendors, and from past experiences, some companies just do not do email very well, for whatever reason.  i was just trying to get more information.  i think the above posts covered that well.
