Title: New Mame Gamer Having Issues with XArcade Tankstick Player 2 Controls

I am using Mame132 and seem to have it running smooth via the emulator.  I am planning to use MaLa105, however, I am unable to get the joystick and buttons for player 2 to function on my X-Arcade Tankstick.  I am using the standard input settings and see that the gaming options have defaulted to the tankstick pre determined keyboard assignments yet when the game goes to Player 2 it is defaulting to Player 1 controls.  Do I need to edit a file and if so with what?

Have you added the X-arcade.cfg file and selected it in Mameui?

Yes, Mame132 actually includes the X-Arcade.cfg file and had the options pre-populated under Controls in Mame.

I answered this on your other post...im pretty sure you are trying games that had a shared player 1/player 2 joystick in the arcades (Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Galaga etc etc)...try games like Raiden that had 2 joysticks one for player 1 and one for player 2...
