Title: Fitting/connecting 'proper' speakers to my pc?
Post by: gizmo1990 on September 05, 2009, 06:46:18 pm
Rather than get a pair of standard speakers and jerry rig them into my cocktail cab I'd like to mount some ones properly and get the correct grills etc.
I've seen these http://www.arcadeshop.de/Audio-Video-Speaker-8-Ohm_323.html
Can anyone help me with how I'd go about connecting these up to my pc? I'm guessing they don't come with leads and a 3.5mm audio jack so are there any tutorials out there for teaching me how to do this?

Any help appreciated.

Hi gizmo1990,

Why not fit car door speakers to your cabinet, they will come with the grills etc and will be easily fitted into your cabinet.

I connected my speakers to a receiver then connected the PC Audio Out to the receiver Audio In jacks.
