Title: Wiring a PC PSU for arcade cabinet
Post by: iscariot on August 27, 2009, 06:51:34 pm
I'm going to try wiring a PC power supply into my new jamma cabinet.  Can someone help me out?  I can't seem to find the -5v?

The 5v is typically the RED wire on the molex.

Red is the Positive 5 volts. Your average ATX PC Power supply doesn't have negative 5V, if I remember correctly.

-5 volts is usually the white wire. Not all ATX power supplies have it though
