Well today I managed to get the following for 50$ :

pretty much new mortal kombat 2 upgrade kit(Board, marquee)
Sega cartridge based system with decathlete
Mystery data east board(Have to test to find out)
Heavy Unit board
2 jamma harnesses
1 key/lock
3 monitor chassis for parts

I'm a pretty happy man

Where did you get this, and what city/state are you in?

That cocktail being 2P like that just hollers for a JPAC, or jamma switch board. Perhaps both.

Very nice. As long as you have the back open, unscrew the nut that holds the lock in and get it out, or use a screw driver on the back of the lock and unscrew the bolt holding the lock arm in, run to home depot and buy you a caster lock, 5/8" probably

I have the back and coin door locks working fine. I don't have the key to the coin area on the bottom though....

Just drill the lock.  If you don't have the key, it's useless anyway.  That's how you get a standard lock open, so I assume you can do the same for a barrel lock mechanism.

Alright, I'll do that tomorrow when it isn't so early in the morning.

I had to drill all 3 locks on my stand-up cab, its a pain. I broke a few bits because I was rushing, if its standard keyholes then go for drilling them out, just take your time and it'll work. Once you bore the keyhole open you're then drilling into the screws tip.
