Title: Background Music not Working Correctly???
Post by: 06attaker on August 25, 2009, 01:39:20 pm
When I put wave files into the background music it will work for the first time.  Its a simply 2 files that makes up the space invaders march.  If I close Mala and then reopen it, the music will not play.  The files are still there but I cannot even play them from the menu screen.  I have to delete them and then add them again in order for it to work.  Any thoughts???

Thanks

Are you using the beta?  If not, you probably want to use it because its more stable than older versions for me.

you could also try converting them to mp3 and see if they work then

When I exit the music files are still there but they won't play when I restart Mala.  I tryed a mp3 file and it does the samething.  I have to go into the menu every time and hit play to start the music back up.  I want it to start by itself when mala is loaded.  Am I missing something????

What version of Mala are you using?  Are you using the beta?

put a tick in save last position on exit and see if that helps

I figured it out!!!

I had to go into the mala configuration file and change the "last song" and "last song position" to a 1 under the background music section.   Now the background music starts again after I have closed it out and restarted it.  Thanks for all the help
