Title: Extra : in current time on layouts
Post by: bret540 on August 23, 2009, 08:54:54 pm
I'm creating my own custom layouts, and noticed when I use some text and define it using the pattern "~m_time", I always get an extra colon when I run MaLa.  For example, when the time is 6:51, the text that appears at run-time is 6:51:

I'm using a text field that only has that pattern.  I noticed that if the time takes up 2 digits for the hour, the extra colon is not printed.

Is this a known bug?  (Currently tested on WinXP Pro and Vista - running latest stable MaLa 1.5 - I attached a screenshot, see bottom right corner.)

This will not answer why it is there but read here (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=87095.0) and  here (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=73459.0).
Loadman chimes in on the second one plus there is a work around from SGT, since you are creating it yourself it may help your out.
