So my grandmother found a box of Atari carts in her garage. Within the box was a couple dozen pretty decent games (and a copy of E.T.). Most are arcade ports, but there were three ColecoVision carts also. Once of which was a copy of Dance Fantasy by Fisher Price. I was looking up all of these carts on RarityGuide.com just for something to do, but found that Dance Fantasy has a rating of 85% with a possible loose cart value of $40.
I would assume that this is at the high end of the possible spectrum, but I am curious to know if it is really that rare.
Does anyone know how accurate the RarityGuide.com ratings are? I don't expect the value to be accurate, but I would assume the rating is based on production numbers which should be relatively true.

Digital Press has by far the best rarity guide on the net. Use them.

I checked that out and it gave it a 5 with a value of $20. That seems more realistic...
